This vacancy is due to expansion and is ideal for an individual with a strong sales or telesales background looking to enter a media environment. There are also many opportunities to increase account spend by upselling, cross-selling and account retention. The absolutely ideal candidate will have sold local newspaper advertising or has some form of media, recruitment or advertising sales experience. Alternatively, you may have knowledge or experience of working within the recruitment or HR sectors. To summarise they are looking for a consummate new business developer with a proven track record of consistent over-achievement.
