Team Leader, Commercial Insurance - Bedford
You will be a self starter, natural hunter who thrives in a 'cold call' new B2B business arena. You will have a proven track record within this industry and proven track record to date and relish the challenge of new business growth and raw sales development. You will have managed a small team of telesales executives, ideally within the commercial insurance arena.
The successful candidate must be based within commutable distance of Bedford and will be office based. You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of circa £22,000 with a generous OTE, full benefits package. The successful candidate will have proven experience with at least 2 years within a similar B2B role.
